We’ve got a little good news/bad news for you, unfortunately. The bad news is that production of all V8 HEMI-powered Dodge Durango models will cease at the end of the 2024 calendar year, following in the footsteps of its siblings the Charger and Challenger. As the industry as a whole continues to turn towards electrification, the need for gas-powered heavy hitters like these diminishes. But the good news is that the brand has already unveiled the first in a year-long series of “Last Call” models, again following its siblings. The first model is the 2024 Dodge Durango SRT 392 AlcHEMI, so let’s take a look at its specs & features to see what sets it apart.

“Just as we did with the Dodge Charger and Challenger, it’s time to celebrate the V8 HEMI engine that has powered Dodge domination of the performance SUV segment. Special-edition “Last Call” models of the Durango will roll out during 2024 as we honor the most powerful SUV ever.”
