The second engine is a 6.7-liter Cummins® Turbo Diesel I6 engine. This engine produces up to 370 horsepower and 850 lb-ft of torque. When the Ram 3500 is equipped with this engine, it can tow up to 22,670 pounds and carry a payload of up to 6,840 pounds. The third and final engine is a 6.4-liter HEMI® V8 engine. This engine achieves up to 410 horsepower and 429 lb-ft of torque. When equipped with this engine, the Ram 3500 can tow up to 18,210 pounds and carry a payload of 7,680 pounds.
